The robust flavor of black pepper immediately hits your palate with a strong spiciness and a distinct, clean taste of black pepper. The heat from the Calabria chilies then follows, leaving a beautiful, spicy aftertaste that lingers on your taste buds.
Our salami is dry aged a minimum of 30 days. Are all natural and made avoiding the use nitrites and nitrates, MSG, dairy and gluten.
All of the spices for the production of our salami are imported from Italy.
