Our Cold Cuts items are dry cured a minimum of 60 days. Are made by carefully hand selecting the spices in order to maintain our traditional old world flavor

Dry cured eye of round made with white pepper, black pepper a touch of garlic and Juniper berries

Dry cured pork neck made with white pepper, black pepper, cloves and a touch of nutmeg

PORK LOIN

Dry cured pork loin made with black pepper, garlic and is smoked with natural hickory wood
