Bresaola is a type of dry-cured meat originating from the Lombardy region of Italy. Made from lean beef eye of round, it is seasoned with salt, white pepper, black pepper, a touch of garlic, and juniper berries. The meat is then air-dried for several months, resulting in a rich flavor profile and a slightly firm texture.
