Our salami is dry aged a minimum of 30 days. Are all natural and made avoiding the use nitrites and nitrates, MSG, dairy and gluten. 

All of the spices for the production of our salami are imported from Italy.

All of our product are shelf stable however, we avoid shipping them later in the week to prevent the package from spending the weekend in a warehouse.We ship all orders that require 3 days transit time on Monday and Tuesday.

We do not offer refunds for late shipments or for orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error. We also don't offer refunds for damaged products. However, we are happy to issue replacements at no cost. We just ask that you provide a photo of the damaged goods.
