Our truffle salami is crafted with an artisanal truffle sauce made from truffles sourced exclusively from Umbria, Italy and imported directly. With a gentle truffle flavor, this salami boasts approximately 1.5% residual truffle after its dry-aging process.
Our salami is dry aged a minimum of 30 days. Are all natural and made avoiding the use nitrites and nitrates, MSG, dairy and gluten.
All of the spices for the production of our salami are imported from Italy.
